August

• August 7 - 16 (Wed - Fri): Rising Scholars Program, Residence halls open for international residents
• August 15 (Thursday): Residence halls open for international students only
• August 16 (Friday): Last day for 100% tuition refund for complete withdrawal, Faculty Orientation and Professional Development
• August 16-18 (Fri-Sun): New Student Orientation (first-year and transfer students)
• August 17 (Saturday): Residence halls open for transfer students (morning)
• August 18 (Sunday): Residence Halls open for returning students
• August 19 (Monday): First day of semester
• August 23 (Friday): Last day to ADD a class (waitlists will close at 2 p.m.)

September

• September 2 (Monday): Labor Day – Holiday (no classes)
• September 9 (Monday): Last day for 75% tuition refund for complete withdrawal
• September 13 (Friday): Last day to DROP a class without a “W” - Census Date
• September 23 (Monday): Last day for 50% tuition refund for complete withdrawal (No refunds issued after this date)

Summer Classes

Steps - Complete summer payment form

• If paying out of pocket with an electronic method, complete the summer payment form and select option 1. 
• If paying with financial aid (Parent PLUS loan, Pell Grant, State Grant etc) select option 2.
• Once you have determined your payment method, enter the courses you would like to take on the payment form. Once your payment details have been confirmed or reviewed by financial aid, you will be registered for the course you listed on the form. 

If you need help selecting summer courses and navigating payment options, we encourage you to meet with a student success coach (administration building- 151)

Summer Term Tuition

$2,500 - Non-internship 3-unit course

$1,000 - Internship course (INT 499 - ACC 499)
